London, Loughborough Junction
Currently occupied by a semi-derelict furniture store with 1st floor offices, this scheme is crucial for the restoration of Loughborough Junction as a place in its own right distinct from Brixton. This latest of many design iterations successfully turns the corner with a facade that links to adjacent buildings at the same time as contributing something dynamic.
Subsequently a new LPA planning team has given us very different advice so we’ve gone back to the drawing board and come up with a taller, plainer design which they like better. See separate project page Hinton Road, now approved!
