BROOKLANDS ROAD
Fifteen flats and three houses on a challenging sloping site, the layout is planned around a splendid giant redwood. Through the layout and design we achieved the maximum possible saleable floor area on the site, and the optimum projected revenue. Permission was granted 2016, after extensive negotiation, and the development has now been completed.
