Gerrards Cross: South Park Drive

Granted by South Bucks Council in January 2015.

Four large houses on a sensitive site overlooking a Conservation Area. By articulating the front elevation in major and minor elements a centerline is created through the front door of one of each pair of houses, instead of through a party wall. This helps create the impression of a single large detached house and preserves the character of the immediate area. We considered this was particularly relevant given the planning history of consent for just two detached houses.
