Two large detached houses designed individually to both achieve the owner's aspirations and enhance the Conservation Area. Approved by the planning committee on July 2016 at the first attempt, thanks to committed collaboration with the planning officer and the Councils' conservation area officer to achieve the best result possible for all parties. Despite the usual opposition to construction from neighbours the design was endorsed by all professionals involved.
